List of characters in Fire Emblem: Akatsuki no Megami From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia This is a list of characters in Fire Emblem: Akatsuki no Megami. For general information about the game itself, see the main article. Main playable characters Micaiah A wielder of Light Magic, Micaiah (ミカヤ Mikaya?) is one of two main characters of the first part of the game and the leader of the "Part 1" army. Micaiah can speak in the "Ancient Tongue", which is spoken by members of the Heron tribe in Path of Radiance.[1] The reason for is that she is shown to be a Branded, with one of her ancestors being a Heron. At the beginning of Part 4's Final Chapter, she promotes into a Shaman. However, like Shamans from Genealogy of the Holy War, she does not use Dark magic. Sothe Sothe (サザ Saza?) is one of two main characters of the first part of the game . He was the first of the Path of Radiance cast announced to return. His starting class is Rogue and also has a new skill, "Protection," which allows him to take damage for a chosen ally. Sothe is Micaiah's younger brother, although not by blood. He promotes into an Espion in the fourth section of the game. Elincia Elincia (エリンシア Erinshia?) is the main character of the second part of the game. Her class is "Queen". Her role in the plot is to quell a rebellion in Crimea, partially started by corrupt nobles. Later in the game, her troops fall under Ike and Tibarn's armies. Like in Path of Radiance, she has exclusive usage of the sword, Amiti. Ike Ike (アイク Aiku?) (the main character of Path of Radiance) returns in Goddess of Dawn, as the main character of the third part of the game. His class is Hero, or Brave and he is equipped with Alondite, which is a different sword to the one used by the Black Knight (which was called Ettard in the Japanese version). Ike promotes into Vanguard, and obtains the divine blade Ragnell. In Path of Radiance, he got this blade while dueling with the Black Knight. In Goddess of Dawn, Ike finally avenges his father's death and defeats the Black Knight in a one on one duel (without the aide of Mist, unlike in the previous game) and upon the Black Knight's defeat, Ike then takes possession of Alondite. Any ally can wield Alondite if they have a SS Rank in swords, although Ike won't be able to as he has Ragnell locked to him by this point. Mist Mist (ミスト Misuto?) is Ike's younger sister. Her class is Cleric (Like she was in Path of Radiance). However, she fights on foot, initially, and can wield both swords and staves . She also comes with her own sword, Florette. Sanaki Sanaki (サナキ Sanaki?) is the Empress and Apostle of Begnion. She escapes Begnion when the senate seizes control of the Empire. She is also Micaiah's younger sister. She has a personal fire tome, Cymbeline. Returning characters These characters appeared in Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance, to which Akatsuki no Megami is a sequel. Playable characters Ilyana Ilyana (イレース Elaice?) is an ill-looking and ever-hungry girl, who travels along with a group of merchants. She is the second returning character to join after Sothe. If you have good suports in Path of Radiance, she can be paired with Gatrie. Tauroneo Tauroneo (タウロニオ Tauronio?) was once one of Daein's steadfast Four Riders. He pledges allegiance to the Daein royal family and protects the prince of Daein. Zihark Zihark (ツィハーク Tsihaaku?) is a citizen of Daein, and a member of the Daein Liberation Army along with Tauroneo and Jill. Jill Jill (ジル Jiru?) is a Wyvern Rider of Daein, who betrayed her country in the Crimea-Daein war. She now fights primarily with axes. Nealuchi The elderly Raven advisor to Naesala, Nealuchi (ニアルチ Niaruchi?), joins in Elincia's chapters alongside Leanne.
Leanne Princess of Serenes and Reyson's younger sister. Leanne (リアーネ Riaane?) slept in Serenes Forest for over 20 years and speaks mostly in the Ancient Tongue. However she has made an effort to learn the Modern Tongue.

Devdan's name is in reverse Japanese hirigana, effectively giving the equivalent spelling of Nadved (ウハラダ Uharada?). In Path of Radiance, Nadved is a picture Devdan drew and voiced in a support conversation with Largo. Soren is a Branded - someone who contains both Beorc and Laguz blood, causing prejudice by both societies. His parents are unknown to him, as he was raised by who was presumed to be a laguz in Gallia before being taken in by an old sage who mistook him for a spirit charmer (someone who charms a spirit into their body, causing great magical ability). After the Sage died, Soren attempted to find people, and was eventually discovered by Greil and a young Ike. Revealed in a special conversation the epilogue of this game (only if Ike and Soren have an A support in either game), it is revealed that he is Amrita's son (as opposed to Pelleas), making him Ashnard's son and Prince of Daein.
