02.02.2004 ~ Tenchu: Return from Darkness Contests ~ by Selenia
For the upcoming release of Tenchu: Return from Darkness we are holding 2 contests and for the first time you can win a prize !!! It is a fan package consisting of a Tenchu: Return from Darkness NTSC (North American region) game, T-Shirt and sticker. The prizes are kindly sponsored by Activision (USA).
In the first contest you shall create a Tenchu: Return from Darkness cover. Some of you will certainly remember the Tenchu: Wrath of Heaven cover contest last year.
The second is an art contest . You shall draw a fight scene between Tesshu and Mifuyu (no comic), but if you consider that too difficult you can only draw a picture of either Tesshu or Mifuyu.
For more info read the contest descriptions carefully. For the cover contest you will need to download an empty XBOX cover first.

Every Clan Member can participate, BUT be aware of 3 things :
1) The game can only be played in a North American or mod chipped XBOX .
2) Tenchu: Return from Darkness is rated "M" for mature, so if you are not old enough to play it ask your parents for permission before you enter any of the contests.
The Tenchu Checkpoint staff takes no responsability should any individual whom is under age be subjected to this game without their parents consent.
3) In the unlikely event you should win both contests you get only 1 fan package.
At the top you see a countdown of the days until the release of Tenchu: Return from Darkness. The release date of the (NTSC) US version is 9th of March 2004 and the current release date for the (PAL) European&Australian version 19th of March 2004. The PAL release date can vary from country to country though. The countdown is based on German time, so take into account there can be a huge time difference between Germany and your country. Therefore the countdown could be either a day early or late. If you preorder the game at EBGames.com you get a free Tenchu: Return from Darkness T-Shirt (limited offer).
